PRIVATE CLASSES
Private classes have the advantage that you receive an individually adjusted yoga practice at a pace that feels right for you. This can be a good solution for you if you fall into one of the following categories:
CATEGORIES FOR PRIVATE CLASSES
CATEGORY A
To begin your yoga journey we can arrange private classes to go through the basics together so you can learn at your pace.
CATEGORY B
To get a yoga practice that is designed to your individual anatomy and or conditions we can arrange private classes to find the right poses and modifications you will need.
CATEGORY C
To get you to your specific individual goal we can arrange private classes to get you there.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Contact me
Contact by e-mail or via the contact form.
2. Tell me your needs
Describe your needs at a non-binding meeting and we will find an offer that fits you.
3. Book trial lessons (between 1-2 lessons)
We'll do a trial period (with max. 2 lessons) & see how we can work together.
4. Offer and service agreement
Once we've agreed, I'll get started with your curriculum.
5. Organization of yoga lesson
Our collaboration is either temporary or will continue on an indefinite period of time.
